  • No Bread

    The app is working pretty well with a couple of exceptions. 1. Even if you select that you want bread, the print out that goes to the store says no bread. So, check your order and ask the delivery person (I always pick up at the store) to grab you a loaf or two. 2. The special request section for each plate only allows 50 characters. Try telling the store that you want “2x extra blue cheese and crumbles and don’t forget the bread”. Nope! FAIL. That is way more than 50 characters. So, it would be nice to have more than 50 characters. Characters are cheap, how about 100? 3. The ceasar salad option only gives you ceasar dressing. What if I want the ceasar lettuce (romaine) but would like blue cheese dressing? You can’t do that on the app. The ceasar salad option should be built like the garden salad option so that you can pick your dressing option. Then customers can get what they actually want. Just a couple of suggestions for the app that would really improve customer satisfaction at Longhorn. I know leaving an app review is a long shot, but I can’t figure out any other method of feedback for the app. Thanks.

  • Account locked and can’t reset my password

    I was trying to login into my account in the app with the wrong password about 3 times. Now my account has been locked. I was trying to reset my password by entering my email address after I clicked on Forgot Password. After entering my e-mail address, it said that an email to reset my password was sent to my email address. I checked my email, however I never received the email. I checked my email at least a dozen times but the email to reset my password was never sent. What’s going on with their servers? Is there a bug in the app? Can you please fix this problem?

  • Only one gift card per visit

    I just installed the app after my son sent me an electronic gift card. I uploaded my son’s card then a second one that had about half the original amount. When I used the app to pay, it would only allow me to use one gift card but allowed me to use PayPal to take care of the remaining balance. That’s my only complaint, don’t understand why I couldn’t use the second gift card, makes no sense. The whole purpose of the app is to save the server time processing payments but if they won’t let you use two gift cards then I’ll dump the app.
