Terrible service Lisa D and Manager Thomas
Waited an hour, food came out cold, asked for the manager (male) he stated they have a full staff and then proceeded to blame everything on the server which yes she dropped the ball but he being the manager should have made it right and he FAILED 1000% . Then argued with me about how can this be his fault and bad mouth his server. He then gave a discount but then over charged for an item. When brought to his attention he took no ownership of it and walked away after I told him I would just leave a bad review.
Then he came back and said if he pays for the whole check and give me free appetizers for the next visit would I not leave the review. He again started to bash his waitress again and I explained to him that yes his waitress dropped the ball but he as the manager dropped a bigger ball. He asked me how I wanted him to handle it so I would not leave the review but I am a firm believer that you can’t fix what you don’t know is broken and this is BROKEN!!!!
