yet another problem
online system is flawed. the restaurant often makes mistakes with the order. this time another under fulfilled order. last time, ordered once, and two sandwiches were left off the order. Instead of offering to take to sandwich prices off of the charge, they offered a credit to use at a later date instead of a refund. Second time I ordered a 12 piece, which was supposed to have three breasts, and instead had one. just a bunch of legs. Either the people at the store don’t care, or they’re trying to save money. I have never had a good experience ordering through this app. It’s cheaper to order through the app, but when there’s a problem, Uber eats or DoorDash have a better resolution. actually, even though I love their chicken, they seem to have a little control over their staff, so you have no guarantee what you order is what you will get. So maybe I will just stop buying from popeyes and find another place to order chicken.
