Update
This app needs a whole new refresh please update and the fix app so that it maybe 100 times better it doesn’t work at all.
Easy to use, but Rewards don’t work
The process of booking a ticket on the app is easy, but I really don’t like that there’s no way to apply your Driven Rewards points towards your tickets- on the app Or the website. My account has said for months that I have $16 worth of points available to apply to a ticket purchase. But there is NO option at ANY point in the ticket buying process to apply said rewards. The Trailways website didn’t provide any guidance either.
