Can’t sign up

United Kingdom isn’t an option to select country when signing up so I cannot join

Really useful app

We live overseas and visit Singapore every year to visit family. The app has been very reliable for regular use. We like that there’s an option to indicate with we are travelling with a small child. Booking a maxicab or making advanced booking is not as straightforward but it is good enough for normal usage.

THIS APP IS A SCAM, AVOID!

This app charge my card as soon as you pressed the book button, driver showed up for the first ride. But for our second ride, this app charge me money but the driver never arrived and i missed my flight. Customer support is also non-existent, only some FAQ and feedback form that doesn’t resolve any issues!

No chat. High price. Poor pick selection option

This app still needs a lot of work. The choice for pick up location is terrible and when you think everything finally got right but you can see the driver is going the wrong place you do not have a chat option. Only call option which is not attractive while roaming.
Often their prices are also higher than metered taxis or Grab.

Worthless if you are a tourist

- Cannot use it if you don’t have local number. To register, you need OTP. Even though my roaming was active, I didn’t no receive any.
- Local taxi has surcharges whereas Grab has a fixed fare. I believe Grab is easy and reliable.

Very confusing GOS mapping/location system

All is wrong with GPS localization for this App. I enter my current location many times but still it’s automatically changes my location to nearby buildings. It is showing taxi is in other streets while it is waiting outside for you.
Please fix this

Taxi arrival time

App consistently says driver has arrived 5 minutes prior to arrival. Every update to this App gets progressively worse.

App doesn’t work anymore

I’ve never had any issue with this app until the last few months. It is incredibly frustrating as I prefer Comfort Del Gro over Grab etc.

I continue to get invalid location that is greyed out or a no server connection message no matter where I am and what to do.

Everything is greyed out or not registering when I try an enter destination or pickup addresses.

I only have no issue paying for street hail when in a cab. At least I have that. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times to no avail.

The company doing nothing to fix the app issues, so many report on, is them shooting their own self in the foot. There is a decline in people taking taxis per the news. Well, Comfort Del Gro is contributing to that themselves by “upgrading” to a useless broken app numerous loyal customers now are unable to use.

When is a new, working app going to be available? The company ought to be working on this full time. Very disappointing and the company has now forced me to go to Grab and other ride hail apps.

Again to the company, when will your broken app start working again ??

Very poor experience in 2024

I try to use the app a lot and over the last few years it was fine, recent months this app has been worse than poor and right now, in my experience, is unuseable.

It’s actually very difficult for me to even book a taxi, constantly the process to book a taxi freezes/hangs and waiting or restarting the app does nothing. I would estimate that this happens 30-40% of the time I use the app - leading me to just use grab instead.

My other main ongoing gripe is that the map tool/selection is so poor compared to whatever grab/Gojek use - CDG must use their own mapping tool but it’s really poor/inconvenient unless you know the exact address/postcode. I don’t know how every other taxi app has such a better search function on their map/destination selection.

The overall design and layout of the app is pretty good (clean and simple) especially since the big update but the general experience is so poor and the rebrand with ‘zig’ is so weird, I often struggle to find the app on my phone, even as a daily user, where I forget it’s ‘zig’ - would be so much better with the name including comfort/taxis/cdg.

Main page doesn’t even load

Can’t even book a cab with just a empty page showing. So buggy.
