Horrible App
The person who re designed this app should be dragged out onto the street and shot. The app is so hard to navigate and even harder use.
I can’t believe this was even tested before it was launched. Typical of them to just try and copy the Uber app without putting and thought and consideration into it. Why it can’t realize where my location is even though I am picked up everyday from the same place to not being able to add more favorites is so stupid.

Bad update
New update lost favorites, lost routes, lost Masterpass, and lost ability to call driver. All of these are essential features for me. Ask the UI is worse than before. When waiting for your taxi you are locked in one screen and can’t see anything else.
They must not have user tested this at all because it is really a bad update.

Where are all my favorites??
Please go back to the old app. The new app never gets my location right when I am at home and I can’t figure out how to find the favorites where I’ve already stored my home address. Once I’ve booked a taxi it seems impossible to easily track the taxi now. Happy to help you improve your old app, but this app has meant I’ve used Grab several times since the update after using Grab maybe once a year previously.
Finally found the favorites... all my meticulously created favorites that made my booking Comfort quick and easy are gone? Really? Who is responsible for this destruction of the loyal customer experience?

DO NOT UPDATE IF YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL!!!!
Sure enough, they have upgraded the app to be near unusable now while disregarding the ONE improvement that needed to be made - cashless payment like Grab/UBER (if you have a Mastercard you can but no such luck with Visa)!
Thankfully Grab has an option where you can order a regular taxi, guess i’ll be using that from now on.

But why the new update?
Why put more steps in to select payment method and choose which type of taxi. This is not at all an easier app to use. It takes twice as long now to complete the booking. All my favourites disappeared...why ruin an already good app
App failed!
This app was fantastic.....while it lasted.
I travel in Singapore regularly and this taxi app was perfect for our teams frequent bookings.
However after about 8 weeks use, the app shutdown with the message;
“You can no longer make bookings with this mobile device”
This is where comfortdelgro become the most useless company I have ever felt with
No technical support, no one could help or even understand what the issue was.
I requested an email address where I could sent a screen shot of the problem..... no email help possible !
Sent a feedback email to company requesting help, and never heard back from them.
Deleted the app, updated my iOS, cleared my cache, tried everything, but same dumb message with no explanation or help.
No wonder Uber is becoming so strong as this app is useless.
Don’t waste your time with it.

Fantastic
Absolutely fantastic for a tourist in Singapore, taxis arrived in typically a few minutes. Saved us getting wet in absolutely pouring rain and thunder with toddler. Used countless times whilst on holiday here, worked wherever we were and was something we could rely on. Thank you!
Frustrating
Can't even open the app as it asks for an OTP and the sms is delayed each time meaning the when I finally get to enter it the app tells me it has expired. Grab is so much better. Please fix.
Bring back the old app - this is not usable
This new version should have stayed in development until bugs worked out. I have been using the old app for a with no major issues. The new app has nice interface but the main problem is you can't enter the destination. I have tried entering many different destinations and can't find most of them which means you can't order a taxi. The old app used to have a free text option so you could type in destination. This new app can't even find hotels on Orchard Road. Either it should have a free text destination option or get a new map provider. Current one is terrible. I'm now using Uber out of frustration with this app.

Great app!
Looks beautiful and the added functionality is awesome. So much more convenient to book a cab now. Just needs a couple of taps as compared to all that typing before!
