I implemented this at my company and it has been a hit! The app is great and makes it super easy to post pictures!! Please make it so we can post pictures with different ratios. The size restrictions are kind of a bummer :)kim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So great to hear! You're actually not limited to the default ratios! 4:5 just gives you a quick access to one that uses the very most of the available space in a post. By cropping manually with dragging a corner or two, you can post an image of any size. We'll see if there is something we can do to make that more obvious!Love Motivosity to shape culture

Love this app!
Love the Motivosity app and how simple it makes it to recognize my peers on the fly and for anything, big or small. Our company now has a culture where recognition can and should come from ANYONE, and not just leadership. The new version is killer!
I am loving this new update! It is so much faster and let’s me do so much more right from my phone plus adds lots of fun tweaks and features. It is such an improvement that now I use the app more than the desktop version. I cannot wait to see what is next!Stoddawg
