I implemented this at my company and it has been a hit! The app is great and makes it super easy to post pictures!! Please make it so we can post pictures with different ratios. The size restrictions are kind of a bummer :)

So great to hear! You're actually not limited to the default ratios! 4:5 just gives you a quick access to one that uses the very most of the available space in a post. By cropping manually with dragging a corner or two, you can post an image of any size. We'll see if there is something we can do to make that more obvious!
Love Motivosity to shape culture
My company adopted Motivosity six months ago and it’s been awesome. Love the ability manage my one on ones, appreciate employees, and see how happy everyone is!
Love this app!
Love the Motivosity app and how simple it makes it to recognize my peers on the fly and for anything, big or small. Our company now has a culture where recognition can and should come from ANYONE, and not just leadership. I feel happier as an employee and more motivated to make things happen because of that.

Love the Yeti!
There's nothing better than being greeted by an adorable yeti when you first open the app. It really makes my day. In fact, the whole app experience is fun and easy to use. I just love it.

Love the Complete Refresh
Completely different feel from the old. Very modernized and taken to the next level. The people spoke and Motivosity heard!
The new version is killer!
I am loving this new update! It is so much faster and let’s me do so much more right from my phone plus adds lots of fun tweaks and features. It is such an improvement that now I use the app more than the desktop version. I cannot wait to see what is next!
