A very bad experience with some fishy extras and charges. The devices I purchased have never worked correctly and my iPad has not been usable at all. Iโm charged a fee for using it each month without having it work at all. My phone has cost me 3 times the amount it should monthly even though I only make WiFi calls. Iโve tried to get some sort of resolution but am told its just too bad. Some very weird things are happening and Iโm going to just stop paying since nothing seems to wrk right. Iโm hoping something can be done then. I have some odd charges on my contract and a signature that definitely is not mine. Not a good experience and still is a bad deal 3 months later.

Steer Clear of this company!!!
This company needs training on their customer service and honesty. They took advantage of my mom, her money and time. Horrible horrible customer service. Train your employees cellular plus. I will suggest people to use an actual Verizon store and not a cellular plus store.

Nicole in Douglas helped me and she did amazing. She put her card on my phone and told me I know have a 'rep in my pocket' for whenever I need help to get ahold of her. She is awesome.
