No longer ringing phone
This has worked excellent since I got but now the app refuses to notify when someone presses the door, just had update today and now only beeps once to say someone has pressed the door, tap to view. Please fix
Please bring back in settings
Please give back the ring in option it only gives a little notification or silence the push option was really efficient

Why do we need this rubbish?
Once you have mastered the “Chinglish” then it is fairly easy to pair your CCTV camera with an iPhone. After that- good luck.
Software update
Today I tried to update software but it states mobile must be 30% charged, after fully charging it still will not update to latest software why ???

The app doesn’t pickup the Wi-Fi name nor does it allow to change the wifi name, please fix this!!!!
Don’t Waste Your Money!!!!
Utter garbage - straight to LandFill. My camera arrived & was missing critical screws that hold the camera to the bracket. Contacted this company & they replied a week later wanting photo’s of all the parts that did arrive - did that. Never heard from them again. The camera rarely activates to movement & when it does, it’s delayed, so misses recording what activated it... Night vision extremely poor... Total shonky waste of money!!!!

Quick and easy to set up but needs improvements
It’s pretty easy and quick to set this up with the camera using the QR code scanner, picture looks great. Although a couple of features need to be addressed. The PIR sensor needs to pick up and record quicker, lots of times I have an alert but it will only record the last few seconds of what I want it to show. The next thing which is a major bug bear is the constant vibrating on a notification even if you turn notifications off your phone will still vibrate when it detects movement which is incredibly annoying during the night or other noise sensitive events. These need to be picked up and worked on.

Play back.
The app needs a bit of attention, when I want to go back and view previous footage it takes me back to the start of the loop recording and not view from the time I’ve chosen. Please fix.
Give Zero start
PiR not working at all. 5 cameras same problem all went to sleep and never wake up on motion detection and all did not connect anymore. Disabled PIR and tried all 5 cameras to record continous into 64Gb SD. After 18hours memory got full and never recycle to rewrite from beginig not notifications and lost connection. Guess the next step will be to try continous recording on the cloud to check when it fills and lost connection.
