Faulty product
My mum recently bought this camera, battery is showing that it needs recharging when they have only been in machine for a week. Camera is upside down so if I want to use it has to be upside down so solar panels are facing the sky.very disappointing. No email to complain from company for purchase so no way of contacting them..

V1.1.17 no longer works
Was working OK until today’s update to v1.1.17. Now won’t connect to cameras.
On the line of impressive if you take the time to listen
Please make motion detection accuracy and efficiency fixes ie: half the time this nearly developed product performs moderately but is flattened by the inexcusable times it doesn’t even detect refutable clear motion for recording when may possibly be the most important motion recorded regarding you and your loved ones well being as well as valuables which is the entire intended purpose of purchased items. Would give 5 stars if the motion detection accuracy was on point as well as area of motion detection selectivity these cameras would be “making big moves” like the more attention focused ads do in all the highly tuned advertisement and marketing into this brand and software creators product. The capital/profit of an, on the fulcrum, of being a game changing product in a market that’s absolutely flourishing with profit and customer satisfaction potential of our ever growing technological world.

Works Flawlessly
I installed my 2 solar cameras and then connected them to this app everything went flawlessly and the app works perfectly, Keep up the good work Mr Wang with your constant app updates Thank you
I really like this I camera
I really like this camera because it works as it is described. It is easy the setup. Plus, it uses solar, battery and at night time: super really good.
Outdoor View
In a Chinese speaking world tech support is not needed .... or so thinks Mr. Hongbo Wang the Developer . Everyone on the Planet speaks fluent Chinese . Moving on to the camera itself I must say that it was easy to set up and install but more importantly the App did not crash on both my iPhone 7 as well as on the iPad Air 2 . Image quality needs a little enhancement but is otherwise OK . The sound feature however is hopelessly of no benefit. Overall the solar charging is a great feature and the motion detection is there if needed .

Not working
Not working at all... impossible to pair anything. Installation goes up to 99% and shows a error message... really disappointed. Can’t use the camera otherwise... ...And before you ask, my wifi is forking perfectly and I tried near the router so... this is kinda garbage...

No tech support
I bought this camera in hopes of having outdoor security for my driveway. It will not send notifications to my iPhone, the app has crashed twice, and I cannot find any tech support to help me figure out what’s wrong or how to make the camera & app work together. I followed the app support link only to discover nothing is in English. The only things about this camera that I like is the size, the color, it has solar charging, & the pictures/ videos are crystal clear - when it will let me see them. Someone please update the features on the app & give me some tech support.
