Great but needs benchmarking and data download
Great app and trainer but needs benchmarking against expected lv scores which can be based on age and number of children/if any.
Also would be great if you could download a report showing progression over time.

Almost there
It’s really good. I noticed it sometimes loses or doesn’t record all trainings so you need to repeat them to achieve your goals. Also, the games could be more diverse and entertaining.
$150 wasted
Bluetooth connection keeps dropping out every 10 seconds, every workout was a hassle that took 5 times longer to complete because I had to keep reconnecting. I have read this same thing in many other reviews left on third party seller sites. After all that, the workouts did nothing to improve my situation. I contacted Elvie support and they were of no help.

High Tone Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
I got Elvie because I was diagnosed with high tone pelvic floor dysfunction and was told the only way to cure the uti symptoms was to do physical therapy. I am not a lady that is comfortable at the obgyn much less have a wand inserted while someone says squeeze, release, etc. so I wasn’t going to find a cure for my symptoms. But when I found out that I could do telehealth physical therapy for my pelvic floor and my therapist said to get a kegel trainer I wanted the best. And one that isn’t directed solely to post birth exercises. I was able to use insurance to cover it since it is a medical device. I’ve had major success for my symptoms and avoided future surgery because I was uncomfortable doing these exercises with a physical therapist in office. I highly recommend especially if you’ve been recommended physical therapy.

I really wanted to love this
Waste of money and time. I really wanted to love this. After having it only kinda work initially, I went back and forth with customer service a few times trying to trouble shoot. I tried all of their suggestions and became so frustrated that it didn’t work for me, I put it aside for a while. When I tried again I had the same problems. The gem moves when I squeeze it in my hand, but not for kegels. Customer service gave me the same suggestions again and, when I told them it still didn’t work, they sent me a new one. Same problems. I thought it was something I was doing wrong and really wanted to do whatever it took to resolve my issues. I hired a pelvic floor physical therapist who helped me strengthen my muscles and learn proper technique. I also tried a Perifit, which works great for me. The elvie still didn’t work for me at all. I contacted support again and was told to do all the same stuff I’d been told before. They refused to refund me because I was past the warranty time, even though I’d been in nearly constant contact with them for months trying to resolve this, for a second time. Get a Perifit. They’re cheaper and work way better!!!! I would never recommend elvie to anyone. Waste of money.

Expensive product, rubbish app
This app should be better. You can’t track real improvement over time (this was promised in the development stage - why was it abandoned?). There is no extension option beyond the highest level which is too easy to reach. The program is not tailored in any way to address the different kinds of pelvic floor issues (eg some women have a slow release, others can’t hold for long, others are weak). The graphics are dead boring after a while. Can’t do morning and night reminders. No functional changes to the app since the product launched years ago - guess the company has moved on to breast pumps instead and no longer focuses on pelvic floor customers. This tool would have been a great opportunity to collect deidentified global data on whether pelvic floor exercises really do improve pelvic floor strength (and how many how often is most beneficial) and actually improve learning about women’s health, but again the company does not seem to care. You also can’t generate a report for your physio to see.

Amazing
Has drastically helped my prolapse. Would recommend to anyone
Great app!
Great app, would have given an extra star if it had my diversity within the ‘games’ / levels 🙂
Progress
I’ve never been able to consistently motivate myself to do my pelvic floor exercises 3 times a day. The Elvie app makes you focus on hitting the targets and completing the workout. It takes care of everything else so you know if you’re doing them right and you can see the progress you’re making. Now I do them three times a day and they’re not a chore.

Great motivator
I have been using Elvie for 1 month now and
I really feel the difference. It is amazing to see how this gamification works, you get to see the results of your exercise immediately. The visual tricks and feedback encourage you to continue and improve. It also makes that you get so used to the exercises that you repeat them during the day, even without Elvie ;-)
