Rubbish!
For some reason the app does not link up to the main data base, online all of my upcoming events are there, on the app however only one of them appears. Also there are lots of events missing from the list of races. They should do better with this as we all use our mobile devices for everything. Not good enough!Show lessCjthomas79
Sad!
Can’t see my results for any of my past races. From old reviews I see there are no plans to ever fix this. Too bad! Could be great and motivate me to enter more races, but nah, I guess I’ll just do my usual runs that my friends already do. Total chaos
I now remember why i dented this app years ago ! It can’t fight itself out if a paper bag ! useless . I have to put a star to have this published but it’s a 0 in reality . Get moving in this app it’s a nightmareTera once
Location is still an issue- 5 yrs and still not resolved
Registered with a UK address and still get recommended USA based races. Very frustrating and disappointing to see previous years’ same feedback still not resolved.zerrinsel
ACTIVE ADVANTAGE SCAM
Do NOT sign up for any races using Active. They will AUTOMATICALLY, without having to check any boxes, enroll you into a ‘free’ trial for Active Advantage which auto renews and unless you pay close attention to your emails, you will have no idea. Yearly auto renew is $80. The kicker…you can’t cancel on the website. You have to email them and they have to start the process for you. Not only is this the most deceptive enrollment technique I’ve seen used before, it’s also the least efficient and hardest way to unenroll from the auto renew.Show lessnunya1987
Great app
Handy app.
Only suggestion -- for the past few years the app has links to each event’s website, and the links never work. On top of that, the website is hidden using a complicated url that gives no hints what the actual url is. How about a simple reference to the event’s website so we can easily read more about the event before or after we register.Show lessRead Johnston
Limited functionality of app
I’m not entirely sure what the purpose of this app is. I have been trying to transfer a Ironman 70.3 event and the app has no functionality to do so. Active itself was no help suggesting I email the organisers instead. Very poorcruza82
Terrible
This app is terrible. I don’t know if people don’t register their event here but it never shows many events around my area and I know there are plenty. For example, I know of several half marathons within 100 miles of me and my search was done using the 500 mile radius. It shows nothing.russell b.
App is Rubbish sorry
Simply this app should default to the location and relevant geographical area set in your profile. It doesn’t ! It’s messy and even when entering your country it cannot find the continent your on. I gave up using this before and will not attempt again. Definitely questioning value and purpose of membership.Show lessSamisht
