Web version is good but app on iPhone and iPad not good enough

Web version is great. App has never been very good or stable. Based on the amount that a helpscout account costs, the app really should be much better and more robust.

Great but notifications are amiss

It does what it’s supposed to do, however my biggest issue is notifications. Yes I have all of the right settings turned on. I have to physically go into the app in order to see any messages and more often than not I miss them by several hours. Rendering my customer service to be poor.

I’d love for badge icons to be set at the very least!

Desktop is robust but app needs work

I use this daily for my job on my laptop. I downloaded the app for the convenience if mobility... however one major issue is assigning tickets. On the desktop version, I can assign just fine. In the mobile app, it let me assign the first ticket... but after that, all the assign names were gone... so back to the desktop I go.

It’s also missing an easy view of unreads/active tickets. That would be helpful to have.

App crashes & wont open

I was forced to update the app. Now, it won’t even open. It simply crashes every time. I relied on the app extensively due to travel. I hope this gets fixed soon.

After reading other reviews, I deleted the app and then reinstalled it. No luck. It still won’t open.

Update:
Thank you for the update. I can now open and use the app once again. Thank you for your reply and correcting the issue.

Keeps crashing after updating

The app keeps crashing after update. Completely unusable.

App crashes

Love the app, but since the new update I can’t open the app without it completely crashing.

Unassigned folder isn’t loading

Unassigned inbox folder is not loading - hasn’t been for a few days this week and then after refreshing a few times the app crashes and closes.
Emails in ‘Mine’ still show up.

Hey need default inbox

Can you make this more detailed and not have to select an inbox each time?

App frequently can’t open

When I open the app, it shows a white screen with the logo for 3 seconds before force closing. I’m on an iPad Pro. Sometimes the app works, but more often than not it doesn’t.

I’d have more patience for this if this wasn’t a service I pay for :/. Help Scout won’t work on my iPad’s browser (requires JavaScript) either, so some of us rely on this app to work to do our jobs.
