Web version is good but app on iPhone and iPad not good enough
Great but notifications are amiss

Desktop is robust but app needs work
It’s also missing an easy view of unreads/active tickets. That would be helpful to have.

We're having trouble reproducing the same behaviour on this end, would you mind touching base with us via our support address and we'll send over instructions on how to record what you're seeing? If there's a bug we'd be happy to get that fixed up! We also have the feedback regarding unread/active convos logged, and we'll keep you in the loop if there's any update there. App crashes & wont open
I was forced to update the app. Now, it won’t even open. It simply crashes every time. I relied on the app extensively due to travel. I hope this gets fixed soon.
After reading other reviews, I deleted the app and then reinstalled it. No luck. It still won’t open.

Hey need default inbox
App frequently can’t open
I’d have more patience for this if this wasn’t a service I pay for :/. Help Scout won’t work on my iPad’s browser (requires JavaScript) either, so some of us rely on this app to work to do our jobs.
