    This app has helped me with my emotional stability day-in-and-day-out. I've always wanted something like this so I'm glad I found this app! The features include advice, exercises, journal entries, a forum, etc. There is so much information included. The interface is nice and clean too. It would be nice if the app had relaxing music as well, but that's not really needed.

    Great app with lots of helpful resources, coping & calming strategies and mood tracking.

    To my delight there are even forums built into the app where others can help others going through similar situation which is a marvellous addition. 😃🙌

    This app is nothing short of incredible. It is SO comprehensive and has a fabulous array of resources! It's also super easy to navigate, really user-friendly. I'm a psychologist and this is literally the app I recommend my clients the most by a mile!
  • Magnificent for Mental Health

    This app is an incredible help to keeping a positive life balance. It is amazing for immediate help to calm down and be grounded, as well as for long term tracking of habits and feelings.
    Also love how it is run by donations rather than app or membership purchases, makes the whole thing that much greater an initiative. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with mental health, or even just to help keep on a positive life track.

    Super helpful tools and advice. The steps for breathing exercises, self realization and things of that nature are wonderful. The quotes and hints are great too!

    This app has helped me a lot and I defiantly recommend it to anyone, even someone who is not suffering from mental illness per say, because everyone sometimes feels a bit low and if is really good for helping you practice mindfulness

    If you're dealing a mental health condition, download this app. Great format and features. Accurately covers CBT and ACT therapeutic modalities (which are proven effective). Strongly recommend for anyone wishing to gain insight into a mental health condition and to access easy tools to help manage health. Very well thought out, genuine intention to help, excellent features and format. Would love to see a mood chart to map moods on a graph.
