  • BEST MENTAL HEALTH APP

I love this app so much, it always makes me feel grounded and better when I need support immediately. It's my go to for whenever I'm feeling stressed or anxious. Highly recommendable
  • Amazing!

My favorite app right now. Everything is well put together. I've tried from the breathing exercises to games to distract me from my anxiety and panic attacks and more. I also love the forum feature. I like to help other people and up lift them. As well as post when I need some advice or some cheering up or have any questions. There's also a diary feature that only you can see and you can write and keep track of so many things like your moods. This is very effective. Most of the things here are things that my therapist has talked about. She would tell me to keep a journal and do a helpful exercises and now I can do them from the app and keep a record of them. This app is very friendly and very helpful. You can tell the creator/ creators where thinking of people in mind.

  • Dangerous quote - beware

I think this app has many great features... one of the best I've come across, until it presented a terrible quote that can be taken the complete wrong way for anyone who's feeling suicidal. I won't repeat it here for fear of anyone being triggered, but I have reported it and asked for it to be removed.
Please be more careful with the words you say as many using this app are already in a dark place and are very fragile.

  • A lot of resources

This little App was so helpful. There's a lot of resources here and little things that can help you snap out of the cycle if only for that moment. Exactly what I needed.
  • Best helping app I ever got

I've been through tons of meditation and helping apps and this is the BEST by far. It's helped me more than my therapist has and I have to pay her $40 a visit. This app provides real help using cognitive behavioral therapy and has changed my life thank you for this app
  • Thank you for caring

I was searching for something that I could track my ups and downs and try to make sense of my mental health struggle. I got soo much more with this app. It is so helpful. It's like a mini therapy session right when you need it at your finger tips.
  • Really helps

This app helped me with getting my thoughts written down and gave helpful metaphors and explanations that helped me better understand my own mind and behaviour however the app is kind of glitchy and when I go into another page buttons will overlap and become illegible
    Please fix in future updates
  • Recommend this app for patients

I work in healthcare, I love this app for my patients, particularly the "Get Grounded" section. Such a great way to remove oneself from overwhelming anxious thoughts. The feeling of losing control is often what accelerates those thoughts & this allows them to regain some control!
  • Amazing!

This app is the best. The resources are extensive. It's totally anonymous. The forums relate to me and the environment is safe, welcoming, respectful, and caring. I feel valued and understood. The other tools are great. It's literally mental health support at my fingertips 24/7. The developer allows the user to choose to make a small donation which is totally worth it many times over!!

  • Thank You

The concept of this app warms my heart immensely. The fact that everything on it is free really shows that the main goal wasn't to make a profit, but to truly help those in need of it. My anxiety attacks have been increasing in frequency, and I've been using this app every time I have had one and honestly it's been changing my life. The journaling and coping strategies are available to me wherever and if I start to get disappointed in myself or embarrassed for having an anxiety attack I read the quotes and affirmations. There's so much information and so much help here and it has truly changed my life. Thank you.
