  • First Aid for dark moments

Really helpful, thank you people who give us of your time to create and maintain this app - digital hug to you all!
  • Great tool

Now when I’m feeling anxious and depressed I come straight to this app rather than googling all my symptoms and freaking myself out further. The easy little grounding games are very helpful to me personally. Thank you so much for this great app!
  • Personally I don’t like it.

This app may help others but it did nothing for me.
  • Love it!!

This is a well made, pretty app with lots of good advice and many great features, including a diary and notes section with a way to track both positive and negative habits and set yourself goals, a forum to ask for help or reassurance, and a way to password protect both the forum and personal sections! It’s a lovely app and although it could maybe do with more updating to add to the “help now” part, it’s very helpful and the best app I’ve seen for mental health

  • I’m a therapist who recommends this to everyone

I love this app! The best part that I recommend to every single client I have as a therapist is the “Get Grounded” game in the “Help Right Now” section. It works in so many situations.
  • This should be recommended by the NHS!

Best self help I've EVER accessed.I love how much help/information is all in the one place, easy reading, nothing heavy. So useful to record,to distract,to reach out,to learn from or to remind yourself & ITS FREE,small donations add a few 'bells & whistles',suggesting a labour of love from the developers. WHATEVER your state of mind, this is worth looking at.

  • This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!

I’ve only just started using this app, but let me tell you, I am already in love with it! I feel like anyone could benefit from using this. It is very user friendly and even has a wonderful orientation in the beginning that helps you get started. I think my favorite feature is the chat forum. I really like that you can post what you’re feeling, ask for advice, etc. and people can reply to you. And everyone is always so nice! It’s honestly a very positive app! If I could suggest anything to be added, it would be a private chat feature or something along those lines. The only reason I say that is because you will definitely find people you relate to and want to keep talking to, but the only way to do that is by replying to their post which is out in the open for everyone to see. Other than that this app is phenomenal! I highly recommend it to everyone!

  • Very good.

My counselor recommended this to me. It’s like the stuff she was talking about, but if I forget then I have it here. Awesome app. It helps me cope.
  • Excellent

I’m trying to break a bad habit and keep track of my emotions / moods / feelings so my counselor and I can work to manage PTSD. This app is great to track notes, set goals, and find resources when it’s 2 am and you need to breathe.
  • Totally confused

The concept is great. However. When you first use, no log in is required. Then, after writing something on the Forum, was told I needed to sign in. No link given. Then, once I finally figured that out, I cannot get back INTO the Forum. Can't find it. Totally not instinctive to get around the stupid app. Not easy to use/save/see what you put in Diary section. Frustrated enough I may delete the thing. 👹
