  • Glitches and stalling on forums.

    It seems like it would be a great app but it has bugs. I am logged in with newly updated password, including into forums, but when I try to reply to anyone, app just glitches and stalls with that processing sign running on screen. it never recovers, and then I just have to shut the app and reopen it, with the same result at the forum.

  • Exactly what I need

    I was just diagnosed with bipolar. This app is everything I could want to help track my mood, things going on in my life, my attitude, along with a huge variety of helpful exercises. Thank you to the creator. This app made me feel less alone
  • An Absolutely Sublime Tool

    By far the best designed app I have found both in function and content for CBT support. Upon installing the app and browsing the content, I was exuberant! It feels like the app was created just for me and the knowledge I learned during my recent hospitalization. Thank you for creating this and sharing it. I'm doing my best to share with others and can only hope the developer will continue to provide updates and support for this essential tool (in my personal toolbox).

    New to using it but it’s already having a positive effect on me. Definitely would recommend as it is a good place to write our emotions : ) !
  • App Doesn’t Read New Account Info

    Would love to participate in the forum on occasion... have not been able to successfully do this yet after several attempts. I enter new user id and password info but when I click create, it just tells me to do what I’ve already done, getting nowhere. Some nice features, still.

    My psychologist recommended this app to me before she went on holiday. I have found it extremely helpful, user friendly and gentle. I especially like the diary feature where you can also “rate” your day. Thank you for such a good app!

  • IN LOVE

    This is such an informative, simple to use app! I’ve tried several of the ‘self-help meditation’ apps and none of them have worked/helped. However, this app has been a lifesaver. What’s Up has calmed me (multiple times) while having active anxiety attacks in public and at home. THIS IS AMAZING TO ME. The breathing techniques and affirmations are among my favorite things it has - and that’s just the beginning of what this app offers 🤗 I love how discreet it is; if I’m in public without headphones I don’t have to worry about people overhearing what I’m doing on my phone.

    This is an incredible app all around. The developers are doing great work. I highly recommend downloading it!!

  • It seemed great

    Ok so the app itself is wonderful and great but I can’t post a single thing or comment at all. Even if I follow what it said to try and “make it work” it just doesn’t seem to do it... as I said before the app or idea of the app is great my only problem is I can’t get much help with my issues..,
