    This app is amazing for anyone struggling with mental illness, it includes grounding activities a diary and just so many wonderful things to help you out! This app has helped prevent many panic attacks and helped me calm down when needed. I would recommend to anyone suffering. I hope more people come across this wonderful and amazing app! :)

    Fantastic app to help people with mental health issues (90% of the population)
    Great use of CBT and positive thinking. Love the diary and positive quotes.
    But my favourite is the section on anxiety and coping strategies.
    I use the grounding and breathing techniques to help me through panic attacks.

    It really helps! It makes daily activity a little easier. I just hop on here and read some points and how I might be feeling. Then I can stop and deal with those emotions. Thanks so much <3

    Fabulous idea, positive and encouraging. All ages should try it but ideal for high school and student under pressure. Also recommending where to go for further help. I'll not only tell people but show them. Keep it up:-) Great Job! Looks Great! A must try it! Go on down load it now!!!
