This App is a terrible
The previous one worked reasonably well and at least retained basic information. Unfortunately it leaves the impression it’s designed to discourage claims. You need to fix this app it’s a bad look.
Pointless app
Everything opens a browser and you have to log in. Can’t use a password so you have to check email every time. Suits NIB I guess, they’ve become slow at everything
Critical function missing
Not sure what is going on but this low budget web app seems to fail when it comes to making a claim online. Where was the UC team and testing on this?
Mid when it works
Not sure if the designer took UX into account when making it. Its giving low budget reskinned web app. Also it doesn’t work and doesn’t tell you it needs an update
Trash App!
Constantly kicks me out, tells me the email I have registered to my account is not recognised, and is practically a skin for a web portal. I should've read the reviews here first, ffs
App crashed 3 x trying to lodge claim
The business needs to focus more on customer experience and get a decent IT supplier. Super frustrated putting all info in three times. Also the app doesn’t retain simple information when you use the same suppliers. Could be much easier.
Made everything harder
They just updated it to make it harder to make claims, that’s it. I’d not be surprised if people just gives up and don’t claim at all as the app is more glitchy and you have to load all your details every single time. Someone more cynical might think they did it on purpose to discourage people claims.

Keeps logging me out
So much harder to submit a claim now and every time I reopen the app I have to log in again. Used to be able to save bank account details for claims, but that’s now gone away. The app was so much easier to use before the redesign!
Used to work
The app used to be passable and worked, but now it’s been updated and it’s so much harder to use, it doesn’t save your bank details anymore so you have to MANUALLY input them EVERY time which leaves room for user/input error, and is so inefficient. It takes you to a different browser out of the app.
It’s so frustrating and not user friendly at all. The app now has so many more steps than it used to. Why change it to make it worse??

Do not use this app
This app makes me want to change providers. Why was it ever changed in the first place. I agree with all the other negative reviews and am also very frustrated.
When submitting a claim (which is through a web link) and you need to go into your photos to find out details from your receipt, the claim you have started disappears and you have to start over again.
So over it. Used to be so easy
