Horrible App
App is a great idea, but I feel like I am viewing through a door peep-hole. Seniors have a difficult time reading on small screens. I use a 11” ipad. Make the app fill the screen of an ipad. Then you get five stars from me. There are many apps that adjust to your screen size. Reach out to their programmers and learn how to do it.Show lessNickT1234
Archaic app
The app is archaic to say the least, difficult to navigate, won’t leave you signed in, needs a complete overhaul. Also, having to clip the coupons in the app is so frustrating, they should be automatically loaded into your account or at least have a “clip all” button. I’m taking my time elsewhere.
I’ve been avoiding downloading the app. On my last visit the checker in front of me helped an elderly man set up the app while we all waited in line. The poor checker was trying so hard to help the guy out, it was embarrassing for all of us.
Today, I had to have the app to get get a 1/2 off deal. I search for the item but could not find the coupon, the checker had to take my phone and find it for me. Requiring me to have this app is why I’ll no longer be shopping at Savemart.
The experience was so frustrating I wanted to leave my items but that’s just rude to the employees.
My store is across from a Walmart neighborhood market and now that’s a better experience… Sad day for Savemart.Show lessSubfloyd1
