Liking lucky’s deals!

What a fun experience. I started going to lucky’s a couple months ago, and like their deals. I like their orange juice machine it’s expensive, but if that’s the only expensive thing there, then it’s worth it to grab some juice before a nice long walk on the beach every once in awhile. I can always find something fun and good priced here.

Very badly design and bad user friendly

Comparing with competitors apps, Lucky app is the worst, for example, you want to clip aome offers, instead of one click away, Lucky forces you to click each coupon, click select, force you to look at that ugly message saying coupon clipped, then it's gone, and then do the next one for the same stupid process. Wasting all the time doing this. And you want to check the clipped coupon? Sorry you have to go back and look for it. Stupid, just stupid. Just try using Safeway, check how they design their app and just simply copy them? That will help

I love it

May be for the all negative reviews, they have improved the app so much? But I love it when I downloaded it. It is so easy to navigate and find things I want. There are definitely things that are different and not intuitive but you could get to everything! Best of all, it has some really good recipes and you can click all ingredients for the recipe with one click! Wonderful!

Lucky sends me emails w sale items. I click on one and don’t go to it specifically, just their generic site via browser. I look and search for it. Can’t find it. Coupons aren’t even active. I was logged in. I open the app, coupons or flyers, I log in, flyer appears, but sale item not in it. Checked coupons, nope. Replied to email and of course it was rejected. Way to have your ear to the ground Lucky. Since the 70s I’ve been a Safeway customer but they’ve gone downhill. W COVID I became a Lucky customer, then they made the store small for a remodel, then closed it for a remodel. I thought, I can’t stand Safeway so I’ll try the next nearest Lucky, but if I can’t perform a basic function like save a coupon using the site or app, then I won’t be making that trip and can’t sell my wife on leaving Safeway. So I deleted the app. I have too many other problems than to do the heavy lifting trying to figure out this sad state of affairs. Sorry if any typos. Next.

App worthless > I quit shopping @ Lucky!

Beautiful store, great staff. But deals requiring digital coupon too cumbersome due to app bugs: erratically saves offers; items added from weekly ad appear only as a single random letter on shopping list -only the tip of this massive fail. Must be intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient to warrant my time. Best use is as an example of what NOT to do for the middle school tech class students I teach!
Lucky Stores need to find a new app developer.

CANNOT REDEEM POINTS

A the only reason I would use this app is to redeem points, and it just gives the same error message that “something went wrong ; ( Try again later”. I have deleted and reinstalled the App many times and tried to redeem points hundreds of times —- JUST GIVE US THE POINTS INSTEAD OF AN APP THAT WILL NOT ALLOW US TO GET OUR POINTS! I will likely stop shopping at Lucky as this is such a bad experience. I’ve already started using Costco and Safeway 90% of the time.

Awful app

I thought it would be convenient to have this app on my phone so I could use it in the store. Forget it. If there’s an ability to log on with your existing Lucky account, I couldn’t find it. Instead, the app directs you to create a new Lucky account, except it won’t let you do that either because only one account can be linked to your phone number.

I deleted the app, tried again, deleted it again. Don’t bother to try.

So many thing wrong with this app - it’s useless

Where to start. First off is doesn’t remember passwords. That would be too bad if it would take and hold a login. I’m in the store trying to use the app. After the third login. That appeared to work. Just to have it ask me to login again.
BUT - in the store I go to the cell signal in the store is so weak, the app often won’t function. So what Lucky needs to do is install WiFi in their stores if they really expect people to do their shopping using the app.
Also. I really hate getting an email telling be this or that savings is available, but then I have to go to the app and ‘install’ the coupon I to my Lucky app in order to take advantage of the discount. Why not jus automatically add it to my account???
Come on guy. You can do much better than this ‘just about useless’ but ‘totally frustrating’ app.

The app just does not work for me

I give one star because the app is completely unusable.

I cannot sign into the app. Every time, it says that my username/password are incorrect. I’ve changed the password multiple times and have had no luck.

I tried contacting App support, but they just recommended changing my password and trying again. There should be an option to sign in with my phone number or Touch ID, as this would aid in the sign-in process.

Being able to track deals via this app would very helpful. I moved to my current location from a place whose (different) grocery store had a similar app; it made shopping for groceries a lot easier. I wish I could say the same for the Lucky Supermarkets app.

Love the Lucky You App.

Love this app. Love Freebie Fridays once a month. Today I received 10ozs of Lantana Humus for free after I added the offer. Also this weekend is 3 Times the points since I downloaded that offer too. Love the shopping list feature. I always have my phone so when I have things I run out of I put it on my shopping list then and then there. Give it a try. You won’t be sorry. My app doesn’t sign me out because I allowed everything when I signed up and I go to it app several times a week to make a shopping list. Add offers and get rewards.
