Not user friendly
The Lucky‘s website is impossible to use and sign into, so I’m forced to download the app to access my reward, however now I can’t even login to the app, when I have managed to log in in the past, I was logged out every time I closed the app. It never saves my location or sets my store properly. Unfortunately, this is the only way to access Lucky rewards, and coupons are sent to my email, but they are not accessible.

So frustrating
Over all I love this app! However my biggest problem is it logs you out and sets your store 15 +miles from where you are..... so developers I BEG YOU PLEASE ADD TOUCH ID to this app so it keeps our set store. Literally hasn't worked since I downloaded it
I don't know how I'm supposed to use this app when it won't even let me register. I have tried to do it through the app and website and both error out immediately. The app is super slow and crashes constantly. I can't believe they have this posted for download when it's so unbelievably broken. It'd be better to just not have the rewards program than to have all these signs and advertisements to join the rewards program and then you literally can't use it because it's so buggy.

I tried to be patient with new app before reviewing, but this app is really less of a service to customers who like to know the weekly specials.
The pdf was so much more convenient and was originally available on the app as well as the website, versus scrolling endlessly through possibly hundreds of items on sale. Really? Scrolling for deals?
Its an unreasonable format and now I just pick up the sale paper because its the only way that I can see the deals in a manner that is relatively convenient.

Had problems but now it is great
They had problems at first where it was slow and not responsive. Now it works great. I like the electronic coupon as I always forget the paper ones. The rewards are super. I look forward to seeing my eStamps... the store staff tell me that is coming shortly
Such promise
This app is beyond frustratingly slow. Understanding that the in-store wi-fi is a joke I try to make use of the app to choose what promotions and rewards I want to take advantage of at home. The app is still painfully slow. I get constant “internal error” messages and frequently have to delete and reinstall the app to get any functionality.
Additionally it is difficult to know if a selection as been recorded. Even changing to the “added” screen is next to pointless given how slow everything is.
I’d hoped this app would make trying to save a little money, while doing an already annoying chore, a little less painful it has not done so. Using this app is just torturous.

Are they unable to afford a software engineer?
Oh my god. This app is the worst! It's so unintuitive, even as they continue to update. First version took 3 minutes to load to the homepage. 2nd and 3rd update changes the look but you can see prices for the weekly ad. I had to "view gallery" and slowly swipe right. Also, if there are shortcut buttons on the homepage, why does the button tool also list the same shortcuts??? Uh...repetitive?
I can't believe they launched this app without trying it out. It's worse than the original version. As a chain supermarket I think they need to hire engineers who know what they're doing. Better yet, try using the app before launching it.

The most pathetic app that can ever be!
This is the worst app ever. Each time I try to launch it, it would not start up even after 15-20 good minutes. I have tried everything from uninstalling the app and re-installing to trying it on different other smart phones.
Wish I had zero stars option.. The reward points are just an eye wash since I can never avail them, cos the app never launches.. Is that a good strategy or what?

Needs a lot of work
This app is really lacking in quality and usefulness. The digital coupons rarely change and there aren't very many to begin with. If I do try to add a coupon, it takes almost a full minute to add it to my card. I'm surprised that a major grocery store chain doesn't have a more functional app. They should hire whoever designed Safeway's app and completely overhaul this one. The Safeway app has tons of coupons available and they update every week with the new sales. Luckys app seems like it was created by a child. It's virtually useless.

Good visually but much slower
This latest version is easier to look at paying much better attention to the visuals but loading coupons has become unbearably slow. About 15 seconds to load each one. With a hundred plus coupons to look at I could be hear all day waiting for them to load.
