  • Has potential, but….

    Love the idea of the app. However, it would be nice if instead of focusing on new features they focused on fixing the bugs. For example: Approximately half the time I open the app, it logs me out. Any time you go to assign a conversation to yourself, you scroll a bit, it glitches, and then it scrolls indefinitely through the same names. If your name is 15ish or further in line, you’re unable to assign conversations. Anytime you go to assign a conversation to yourself, the menu of names pops up twice. Not a huge issue but certainly annoying. I get the sense that the app works great for people connected to wifi. However, we use it in the field and generally have poor signal. The app effectively ceases to function without a very strong signal. I guess it is what it is but it would be awesome if the app actually worked as advertised.

    We rely on Podium for our customers to send videos/photos to us so we can assess issues. Podium heavily compresses all media files so they are incredibly pixelated and blurry. This is a pretty major issue.

  • Our entire companies communication portal

    We have only been using it for a few weeks but are thoroughly impressed with the ease of use and customer support we have received Eli and Graham have been great with getting us up and rolling and I feel they have a great platform to work with so it all seems to come together. We are using the phone system and the messaging system and they work together seamlessly. I highly recommend Podium for your companies communication needs.

    Not a chance that we could answer to all our enquirer. Especially not in such a short time with our team being informed of what's going on. It helped us grow and to stay in business for the past 3 years. A must have tool.
  • It’s okay when it works

    I would say maybe 1 in 10 reviews actually post to my account even when they are done through the link. I also have a lot of complaints about the links never loading and causing the page to crash. It’s more hassle than it’s worth sometimes. Other issues I have is the auto reminders still get sent to customers who reviewed already and changing locations on the phone app is very glitchy.

  • George and Ry best service

    We have never signed up to a app or platform in our life. George came down in person explained the value of Podium to us and now he is part of the family. Did the onboarding with Ry and George and honestly above and beyond service from a tech company. Cannot wait to have this software part of our business at tuners edge.

  • Good product, horrible customer service!

    I have mixed feelings about Podium. We have used Podium close to a year and when it comes to customer communication, they are awesome. I love having the universal inbox and have all of my customer interactions in one place. Being able to see messages from my website, FB Messenger, Google Messenger, and incoming leads all in one place is awesome. I also signed up for their phone product and having all the voicemails and recorded calls in the customer thread is awesome. Very clean and organized and a great way to manage customer interactions without things getting lost.

    So why only three stars? Customer service!

    Their customer service team is the worst. When you have a question or a technical issue, the reps will make you feel like they are taking care of you but nothing is getting done. I had an SMS problem and wasn’t able to send/receive messages for three days. It took like 10 calls and emails, over multiple reps, just to get one person who took the matter into their own hands. I lost a ton of business because of it.

    Bottom line, if you get past the customer service hurdles and actually run your company on Podium, it’s a great product. But if you need customer service, good luck.
