Company could care less about its users
Do not be fooled by this company. I am a retailer and used there platform for a extremely short time (less than a week) before I realized it wasn’t was the salesman sold me on. I immediately started working with customer service to attempt to cancel using it.
The first red flag is they don’t let you demo, it’s a one year contract or nothing. Second red flag is the pushy sales tactics and skewed statistics. Lastly the app crashes non stop.
A hook in mouth company. Once they get you on the hook. Good luck getting anything accomplished.
Notice the lack of different reviews. They are all fake. This company is horrible and I hope no retailer is going through what I have been or ever has to. If your a small retailer STAY AWAY!!! Do you own legwork to get reviews. Save your money their platform is very limiting and their service is below 0 stars.Show lessLouisdh37

Great communication app
The app works well for the most part. I like that it gives you availability to text your customer through the app. As a sales person that helps differentiate customers phone numbers from your personal ones. It’s a nice setup in terms of the look of the app as well. The leaderboard is cool too because it brings good moral and healthy competition.Show lesslatingeminihere

Unethical company
BUSINESSES BEWARE. Podium makes it nearly impossible to cancel. We used their services from 2016 to late 2017 and decided to postpone use while we went through a few process changes. Our first attempt to cancel was in January 2018. When we got a bill in February we made a second cancellation attempt. It is now mid May and they have still not cancelled our account. Their excuse was the rep we tried to cancel with “is no longer with the company.” Their rep went on to say that they are “sorry we feel that we need to be reimbursed” and that they cannot because they do not have proof we tried to cancel. (They do not record calls when convenient for them)
Strongly recommend businesses look elsewhere for review sites as it’s just as important to have a good product as it is to do good, ethical business. STRONG PASS ON THIS COMPANY.Show lessKkokaaaasu
