Still needs work but right direction
I just started using the app and it’s really increased the amount of interactions I’m have ing regarding reviews.
However importing contact info manually is tedious and bad.
A simple way to import you contacts strait from your phone would be a great improvement and a game changer for meEthan the SolR guy

Update has crippled all useful functionality within the mobile app! No longer able to: tag a comment with emoji, can’t click on videos to play or pictures to make them bigger. Way to many clicks needed to get to Team Chats-and have to go digging for them. PLEASE FIX and add a way to create a cascade to a comment OR picture for better tracking!

Used to work well
This app used to work without issue until it was revamped. Assigning and unassigning conversations does not work for ipad app also my conversations do not show up in assigned to me until a customer texts me back. Will no longer be using this app, I do not have the patience or time to play around with it. Note to the developer “ if ain’t broke don’t fix it”.Show lessHVAC mechanic
I want to like it
After working on this platform for about 18 months, I can safely say, I’m underwhelmed. I was hoping that things would get smoother but the interface is consistently glitchy. Regardless of our many users and phones. I have a new IPhone14 and it actually works worse than before. It may be one of the better options for a texting service but, it’s still disappointing and frustrating.Show lessminnesotaguyinmn
Can’t login after update
Following yesterday’s update there’s no way to log into the app because the initial screen is mostly black, no place to enter phone number or password. Doesn’t matter if dark mode on the device is on or off. Hopefully they’re able to fix this as soon as possible since I use this app regularly out in the field.Show lessNutty Irishman
