Awful Customer Service and Problem Resolution
If things are going good for you with this service consider yourself lucky. If you have an issue, resolution is an absolute nightmare. The representatives that answer the phone are unable to put you in touch with a decision maker, do not have customer service ID numbers and are simply gate keepers to deflect any problems and delay resolution. The team at podium is excellent and makes our success a priority with coaching and very patient training to transition our team to use the platform well.
Now that we have been using Podium for 6 months the value has dramatically increased, both the internal company group & direct messaging, to the instant client success support with complete visibility on communication.

Fraudulent - Warning ⚠️
Podium promised the world. My credit card has been debited for 3 months they still have not set up on my website, I cannot be contact anyone other than a bot 🤖👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I have reported them to ACCC and cancelled my credit card 💳🤬Mini oxy

BUYER BEWARE!
This company will say ABSOLUTELY anything to get you to sign up! After being told by the sales rep that we could “absolutely” use our landline number for texting and that it would be “no problem,” we were then told AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT that that was no possible. For FOUR MONTHS I have tried to get a refund because Podium could not make my service work the way they promised. I just heard from them today, four months later, that they are able to make it work, but that they refuse to refund my money or apply a credit for the MONTHS that the service wasn’t working as promised, even through I never stopped trying to get my cancellation confirmed and my money refunded. It’s a great service, but they have a lot to learn in the customer service department. Very disappointed and will be spreading the word every time I get the chance.Show lessRandiMD
Podium app is great when you aren’t by a computer!
The app is great! I’m able to work and respond when I’m not by a computer, and it has almost all the functions as when you are doing it on the web/computer! Being able to respond to customers/potential customers when time sensitive has been great! I’ve only seen one glitch, and that is when I go to choose locations, sometimes it kicks me out and doesn’t let me choose. I just log out and log back in and it’s great! Untrustworthy and terrible customer service
Would not refund my money after an unsuccessful trial and on the day I was charged. Customer service is not helpful or understanding of their own market. Highly unsatisfied and upset about this. I have researched many of their competitors and will undoubtedly use one of those services. Their image texting is distorted so I was also unsatisfied with the product.
