    I asked to cancel My contract after the first week of Zero service. They stated they wereGoing to give me one month free in the beginning and it was a week and a half before the next month starts. Podium told me I would get a over a month before my first payment would come out so I can get a small taste of what podium to do for my business. First the only added google review was of my own work with a great customer, who left a review and podium claimed they helped our business. They charged me again after requesting disconnecting of their services!

  • Either incompetent or rip off

    Did not perform as promised. One month in terms and conditions were changed and one must agree with updates to continue using the platform. If one does not agree, the platform is inaccessible but podium will continue to charge monthly fees for a service not providing. Support is a joke. Assigned to an account rep that doesn’t work there. A month later assigned to the same rep after being notified said rep needs longer employed. Correspondence appears to be written by a dyslexic ape. A complete rip off

  • Sign you up & never speak to anyone again

    They are happy to talk themselves up to get your business then stick you on the automatic email system. Would not recommend. Stay away. Given we simply found no benefit & the slowdown due to COVID we asked for some form of compromise from Podium & got none. No compassion or flexibility whatsoever. I stand to be corrected, however I believe google are affiliated. Say no more!

  • App doesn't work, podium support is shocking

    App loads with a blank screen and nothing happens. Every time you open the app, you have to login again, it doesn't save your login details... support from them it's way below any support I've received from any company. They don't even use their own system to provide support, you have to sit and wait on chat for someone to talk to you, and when they do, it takes 1hr and 15 mins between replies. For the amount of money these guys charge, they should have a support person sitting at your office to troubleshoot your issues, what a joke of a company to deal with, stay as far away as possible from them if you can. Every time you need support, all you get is, sorry our system doesn't do that, but we will pass your feedback to our team.

  • Columbia , Tennessee Chrysler Dodge Ram

    As a new resident of Columbia, I needed service for my Ram pick up. I have been to their service department twice and they are outstanding!! Beecha, Ashley and one other gentleman ( sorry, forgot his name) were very helpful and professional!! I called service manager to give them kudos! Keep up the great work, you have a new customer for life!!! Thanks

  • Huge potential, sputtering mid-flight

    I’m a property manager that knew of Podium for a couple years prior to signing-up for their services. The biggest marketing push from them was their 60k customer base which resonated. With that many customers, we “assumed” that Podium had the bandwidth and expertise to handle our requests — which were addressed before signing a contract. We’ve now been members for 4-5 mos and 1 of the requests was just achieved (porting our office number for text purposes) and the other one while is in operation is broken and doesn’t work properly (a webhook that looks into our CRM for specific data and talks back to Podium). Either way, our business efficiency and I could argue profitability have suffered.

    I can see the potential and hope that Podium can right the ship so that all companies, not just mine, can maximize their businesses. We’re paying a hefty monthly fee to use this service but I’m afraid the value hasn’t quite caught up.

  • Highly recommend Podium

    My law firm has been using Podium for about 6 months. I don’t understand how I ran my law firm for 30 years without Podium. This program makes it so easy to communicate with our clients. We follow up almost every phone call to a client with a simple short text message in Podium. It’s always been difficult to get clients to take the time to write a review. Now with Podium we can send simple template text message and within this message is a link to several social media sites that all they have to do is click on and leave a review.

  • Dr Schneider

    Dr Schneider and his staff are the best office I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly, happy and knowledgeable. Dr. Schneider was so personable and so smart about my eyes and also my whole well being. They are also a wellness center. I am seriously into wellness and health and love to learn all I can. He actually sat and talked to me a good fifteen minutes just about my supplement. I went to the office the first time last week and I will continue to go to him for my eyes and my wellness questions. Thank you Dr. Schneider and your fantastic staff!

  • Thieves/Customer Service Garbage

    Signed up for Podium because all our other branches used Podium. Noticed reviews starting disappearing (legitimate reviews would get posted, show on Google for a day, than vanish). Customer support was of zero help. Started digging and noticed it was happening at all our branches. Still, zero assistance from Podium. Stated they would cancel my account due to how unsatisfied and mad I was. Here we are 2 months later and I’m still getting charged. Btw, found another review building company, way less expensive, and haven’t had a review “disappear” yet!
