Almost there
I am thankful for this app, that I can use it to connect to our customers from my phone quickly. However, there are some functions that I wish were available on the app that would make it even better. For instance, being able to edit our auto replies from the app (like our after hours message, for when things change on holidays, etc), and having access to use the templates that we've created, to quickly reply from our phones as well as the computer.Show lessScooterfly20
Good but needs fixing
Great tool, but there’s some problems that make it tough to use.
It seems like if you have a low bandwidth internet connection, then this program gets very glitchy.
Messages don’t update even after getting an alert about the message,
And it has a common issue with showing “Contact” instead of the name that was entered.
Most issues seem to occur with low bandwidth, but in Marin and Sonoma counties there is a lot of outer city limit areas where this stops being helpful and starts being a problem.Show lesssonomahorowitz

I Use Podium Non-Stop!!
I work for an automotive dealership, and I spend the majority of my day contacting customers. Podium makes reaching out to my customers, that I cannot reach by calling, super easy. My job in customer care has improved the amount of customers I can reach, thus helping business. I love the app on my cell, that way if I am away from my desk, I do not miss or respond late to my customers. They love it too! Also, I’ve never had an issue with the app or Podium itself. Overprice, impossible to get out of, crap
Do not sign up. Once you are in you cannot get out. I was locked in for a year. I never used the service and could not wait for my year to be up. The account auto renewed. I asked that they close the account by email and over the phone, but they continued to keep charging me. Now they have sent the account to collections after I told them to close the account several times. Check their Facebook reviews. I screenshot many others with the same complaint. Good on computers bad on your phone.
System on your desktop works great but accessing the UI can be frustrating as countless times I’ve tried to access my messages via my phone and it’s either lagging or says there’s no messages. When if I open my computer the messages appear. Even more frustrating is the support team hasn’t been able to help me. Just make sure before you sign up they have bugs worked out for remote accessing the platform via your phone.Show lesscarpenter1107
