A nice addition to the desktop platform
The app mirrors the desktop web browser very well. There is a slight delay in responding to some reviews through the app which I’m hoping they will clean up.
Love being able to add pictures and videos on the fly which is too difficult to do with the web browser.New zestologist

Consistent and convenient
Thi Consistent convenience. Helps me connect with clients on my phone but without giving them my personal cell. Incredibly reliable, loads quickly and feels like my native iMessage! Love it. s app is an amazing tool to keep in touch with clients and prospects via messaging without having to text from my personal number, but still from my personal phone.

Awesome interface
As a technician out in the field, I have to give 5 stars! I can see who has sent review invites before me. I can also see conversations between dispatch and my customers. Having issues
When paying for a service such as this it’s frustrating that less than a month in it’s not working as it should. Multiple issues, with icon disappearing from my site and messages sent through podium not coming across on my phone like hey should. Many nice features, but requires time and energy on your part to solicit the reviews. I find that many of my customers who already have me as a contact are unwilling to give feedback to a source that does not come across as me. Also it’s confusing to me when an existing customer uses the podium button to contact me instead of using my cell number. My existing contacts don’t appear in podium as anyone I know until I enter them. It’s a lot of work on your end for a service you pay a lot of money for. Don’t be fooled
This company is a scam, they literally deleted their app instead of updating it and then re-introduced it to the app stores just to erase all the bad reviews they had exposing it as the rip off that it is. All they care about is charging you nearly $400 a month and locking you into a 12 month contract that they will refuse to let you out of, and in return provide you with an extremely mediocre software platform that allows you to gather reviews in a far more complicated manner than you can do yourself. Don’t be fooled, there is no easy way around it. Beat the streets, do your own legwork, and get your own reviews and don’t be robbed of thousands of dollars like I was, in exchange for nothing!!!!!Show lessVinny199333
Money monsters
Their contact first 3 months is mandatory. And you can cancel it after three months. I decided it was not working for my business so I contacted them and they said from the point that I call I have to use it another three months for terminating my contact. I got only few reviews through Podium. They don’t care about your reviews, you should care about your reviews with your customers. They only care about the money. They will steal your money. BIG Independent Group
We had Podium at our annual convention in May. We signed up the agency I own later that same month.
