Ist year programme review

Both my wife and I attend Standish leisure centre following allocated bespoke fitness programmes.
Professional yet friendly support is available whenever needed and we both now are feeling the health benefits from the programmes we are on . Having the activities and results on the app has given us the focus we need to maintain and improve our wellbeing. 👍

Buggy recording

Lots of great information on the app but always struggle with the recording of sessions on bike. I connect with the bike via the phone app but it only ever records the first couple of minutes. Can’t connect at all with Apple Watch. Tried various bikes at the gym with the same issue. Switched to using WorkOutDoors to record now.

Couldn't log on any equipments

One very annoying behavior

I think every single user has a small set of “classes” that they are interested in. The app does allow you to filter so you only see the classes you are interested in, but… it makes you do this EVERY single time rather than just remembering what you selected.

IMHO the app should not require you to do this.

Lag in app and equipment

The app does not connect to equipment when a workout starts and there is a huge delay to get live results. It therefore does not allow your watch to start a session and is clunky

Only tracks bike

Only tracks bike and occasionally rowing. Me and my brother will have vastly different "movergy" after having the same day. Good luck trying to follow a home workout video with a friend because there's no way to access any of it through a desktop

Great content but lots of bugs

App is super laggy and slow to load. A lot of pages just never finish loading (black screen). Though, once you’re in the content and layout is great.

Data not reliable

What’s the point of logging into the elliptical cycle stand with the TechnoGym app using your own account, when the activities of others using that machine will also be added to your work activity?

Military time again - sigh

Why can’t Technogym fix the 24 hour clock issue? Many of your customers use a 12 hour clock and the 24 hour clock causes us confusion and missed appointments. Please give users an option to display all times in all areas of the app as 12 hour.
