Terrible app.

the app is buggy. it kept crashing and going back to the main page while I tried to make an account. the password requirements are also incredibly bad and insecure limited to 15 characters and no special characters. i want to record the equipment I’m using at the gym and there’s no way to do that. not all the equipment in the gym is available. i say I want to work out for health? it makes me choose specific conditions that I don’t have, no optional fields, and only 5 conditions. Don’t bother, not worth it.

Response to Technogym: how about instead you make an app that doesn’t require insecure passwords and stop sending me marketing emails with no unsubscribe button.

Decent app but needs improvements

Connects well to my Technogym MYRUN, but I think this app needs watch-face shortcut app for the Apple Watch for quick access also widgets for the iPhone and iPad.

My biggest problem is having to dig through the Watch apps each time I want to connect to my treadmill. If you can have a shortcut to be able to quickly press it from the watch face this would make the app perfect so please add it in like most of the other apps do!

App mostly doesn’t work

If you are getting the app in the hope that it syncs up with TechnologyGym equipments in your gym , it doesn’t work. The app has too many defects.

Confusing

I used the wellness app with my old gym and it was great. Unfortunately with moving gyms but still using technogym equipment, I cannot create an individual program and track my workouts. Very disappointing.

Apple Health Doesn’t Work

This app won’t sync your workouts automatically to Apple Health. I tried a million ways and it doesn’t work. Real bummer for connected tech equipment.

Custom Setup

I have a gym with many Technogym items treadmill, bike, pulley system and some (not all) of the other equipment. When I went to setup my first workout I attempted to setup a custom gym and many of the pieces made by Technogym were not available so I could not setup my full workout and my profile kept getting kicked off the treadmill. I like the concept but couldn’t get the full affect and ended up taking too long and working out without the app. If I chose gym equipment some of the options showed up but there was also equipment that I did not have in the routine which made the workout incomplete.

Good app, awful music

The workouts look good but the music is extremely annoying. I wish one could turn it off (without loosing the coach voice).

App Doesn’t Support New Euipment

Don’t waste your time. The app must not be developed or managed by tehcnogym. Wasted my time downloading and setting up and they don’t even have the Rowing machine in the app. The machine itself if poorly designed as the tension control doesn’t clearly show how to increase tension both directions add tension or power. Barcode that takes you to their app is useles. Machine not there.

Broken

Apple Watch does not working with TechnoGym treadmills

Not recording workouts

I use the Run Arturis treadmill. The app and treadmill don't show the same workout. Manually connecting seems to be the only way I can log in. The treadmill and app are now not communicating with each other. I did the full workout but was told I only did about 10 to 15 percent of it. I'm doing an individual assessed workout.

Would also be nice to be able to see results from previous workouts in the app.

This needs to be fixed.
