Login issues and no “forgot password” link?
Last years login isn’t working, maybe I forgot it. I’m unable to login. Not can’t I see how to remedy this issue because you have to login. It doesn’t recognize my email address nor my children’s student I’d…Help!!!! They just dropped my child off 20 minutes early, in a terrible lightening storm! We are more than 350 feet from the bus stop through the woods. Had I been able to remedy the forgotten password issue through the app via a link of some sort that would have been great.

Important updates?
It’s been about a year and I the app has NO WAY of tracking different schedules. I’m a divorced parent and have to track the drop off every other week but can only see route to ex wife’s house. I’ve talked to the IT of the transportation company in my area and the app has no plans on fixing this.
After taking to the school and transportation company they said this is a huge issue with no resolution in sight.
Come on! Can we fix this???

It’s a good app but…
Sometimes the app won’t work. My logins fine because I use it all the time but it works some days and after a while it’s down again. I checked updates and I’m up to date. But this app is pretty close to accurate I used it for myself and I could see where my bus came from and an estimate of when it will get to me. I love this app but like everything it has its flaws.

Useless
This app is terrible. It’s never accurate, never gives notifications if a bus is cancelled and is completely unreliable. I am surprised our school board recommends using it. So many times my child has been left waiting in freezing cold temperatures only to find the bus is cancelled (even though the bus shows it is active on the app) and I need to find an alternate way to get him to school.

Problems
I have used the app for this service with fairly few problems for several years and then it stopped working. The bus garage told me to download the newest version of the app which I did which is this one. Ever since downloading it, every time I use it I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it because it gets hung up on the “refreshing“ page after you close it and then you open it for next time you are using it. This app has issues. Both the prior app and this one look and function like a sophomore entry-level technology class project done by 13 year olds. I find it crazy that this is the best there is for school systems to use to track their buses.

Worst app ever!
My district has been using this program for 2 years and it just keeps getting worse and slower! I constantly get kicked out of the app because the server is not connecting and when I do get to log in it takes so long to update the location of the bus that by the time it does update I have to refresh again. The app does not show the bus moving, only the location when you log in so I have to constantly close and reopen to see the bus location. I use the app for two students and I have to toggle between them because it only shows one bus at a time and it takes way too long to switch between children. I wish I could give 0 stars!

Developers need update this app so it’s accurate
As a parent this was my first day using the app. Login is confusing you need to call the transportation bus company to give you information and a student # to login, then you can change it using app settings. Then for using the app it has a map, scan, and settings seems simple enough yet the map does NOT show the location of the bus enroute it only pins your home location drop off point, then gives an estimated arrival time WHICH IS NOT ACCURATE! This is disappointing considering a parent trying to get to the home location after getting off work and the bus arrives earlier ( for our location it’s off by 6 minutes) than expected! The developers of this app need to make changes to their programming so that it at least gives an accurate time of drop off point. I didn’t get a chance to read the other reviews but I did see one for 2 yrs ago, it’s 2022 and with only a few stars on your review and a product that you’ve sold and still promote, I especially expect more considering this app is in place for children to have a peace of mind coming off a bus to meet their parents or family members and it takes the edge off of us parents having technology that is quality. Worst App on AppStore
I have seen many terrible apps but this one has to be the worst one ever. You cannot read the entire message from the school bus office on the pop up message and the notifications screen always says that notifications aren’t enabled by the school. That’s not true because the bubble will say. “Please see message in app for additional information!”
I’m not sure how much our school district pays for this “service”, but as a tax payer in the district, I’m going to fight to get this contract cancelled and push them to find another alternative.

Useless app
This app doesn’t do anything other than show me when my child has scanned on and off the bus. I can’t see when the bus is coming before my child is on it. It also doesn’t show when the bus is on the move. It shows a map with a pin at our house but no routes. I can’t check to see where my child is before he gets to school or when he’s almost home. When you click on “scans” it’s a black screen with lines, only if you tap on one of the black rectangles does it pop up the time my child scanned on or off, otherwise it looks like a black screen.

Works as it should but very basic
This app serves it’s purpose for me. My biggest complaint or wish is that you could choose a default child from the drop down to start at. I have 4 kids and only one of them is eligible for the bus. I have to select and change to the kid I want to see every time I open the app. If I could choose a default start child, change order of the kids or hide the kids I don’t need to see that would be great
