Not functioning app
Something happened to this app.
It use to be a good easily used tool, it worked fine then some app update happened rendering this app useless...as are my cameras ...no happy at all.
May I recommend a more reputable camera platform such as Swann, Dlink whose IT guys are mor on the ball.Railwayguy
Garbage
Waited several months for cloud service just to find out the zmodo mini isn't supported. The worst part is they continually keep taking away app functionality to push the cloud subscription to which I can't use. Don't waste your time.Djdkdndjd183731945dj
Seems we have gone backward.
Basically, the app works, playback works, it just needs a few tweaks...
All my device images are months old and cannot update them. Problem since I have moved some cameras.
That being said, you can't immediately select a specific camera anyway. Clicking on any of the 9 preview images, takes you to the first camera, forcing you to scroll and load from 1 to 9. Really.
You used to have ~120 movement captures saved. Now you only get 24 hours unless you pay for a could service? Buy a product, months later they short change you on your product. Why not charge people who want MORE then 120 images. Don't short change on something your customers were previously provided?
You can't view more then 1 camera at a time. Unlike all other camera systems. Making perimeter checking a slow process.

Won't open with IOS 10
I upgraded to iOS 10 on the iPad and crashes every time I try to open the app....no response from developers... nil,support, not answering emails...don't buy the cameras until it's fixed...len1430
New version is unstable

I've just updated my iPhone s with your current update and I'm quite disappointed.
It simply won't let me into the program.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I've turned the phone on and off.

What a stupid update? After I update for the latest version, now I can't check my cameras at all.Cf 6448

Having to log in every time you check it on your own mobile device is just ridiculous. It's very frustrating. Huge room for improvement with this app.Freeloader.
Room for Improvement
Fairly easy to connect cameras however needs to work in landscape mode and have a proper iPad version that can utilise the additional screen size. Would also be nice to have a clear landscape screen mode that shows all 4 cameras and nothing else as is visible on the NVR itself.David T 81
