Disappointing
Terrible App as it never automatically uploads your reservations and when you try to add a reservation to your itinerary it doesn’t recognise the confirmation number. Such a lost opportunity for such a great brand to drive engagement with their customers.
No iPad Version?
2 stars because there isn’t an iPad version available. Sure, the iPhone version of this app runs on a iPad but it’s tiny. Also, and perhaps most notably, what happened to the Press Reader? It’s gone.
New app is a downgrade
This was a great App that I’ve been using for pre stay communication and while at FS properties. The new App is glitchy and the videos playing in the navigation pages makes for a terrible experience. Such a downgraded App now. What a bummer. 😔
Four Seasons App
I have been using the Four Seasons app for a couple of years and lately I have been using it more and more as it is so convenien.
I recently stayed at the Four Season Whistler and the chat feature is my favourite as it made it easy to book my trip, plan my trip and anything that I needed at all.
The Four Seasons chat helped me so much on all my daily needs, thank you Whistler Four Season team.

Horrible app
This app is embarrassing for the Four Seasons brand. I tried repeatedly to cancel a reservation using the app and it keeps saying the message isn’t received. If you can’t manage your reservation on the app what is the point? I’ll use the Bonvoy App to make a reservation at the Ritz Carlton next time — easy to use and get points. After all the money I have spent at Four Seasons it is clear they have no loyalty program to recognize frequent stayers.

Great app that works smoothly
Very nicely put together app that shows all upcoming reservations and travel arrangements. Can see lots of detail about each property and all the activities and services at your current stay.

great app thanks to great people on the other end
I love this app for communicating with a property, particularly while onsite and particularly while in a foreign country where I don’t speak the language. Of course my many positive experiences with the app are because of the great customer service we have received from the FS team members staffing the other end of the communication.

Lovely resorts, terrible app
Just gave up setting up my account and adding my stay so I could order breakfast because the process was slow, error-prone, and infuriating.
Terrible app. Lousy account controls
This is one of the most incompetently designed apps on Apple. How hard does it need to be to change a phone number attached to your account (and, no, it should not require opening a ticket). No UI feedback when choosing a date in the calendar, no confirmation screen when completing a booking, “preferences” is nonsense list of options that don’t reflect what you’ll actually need during your stay. Whole thing feels like a template. My experience with the properties: 5 stars. My experience with this “app”: 1 star. To the “app and accounts team”: Get it together. Less playing around and more getting the job done. It’s really isn’t rocket science to get this right. Serving hospitality and booking is a solved problem. You’re dragging the brand down.
