The absolute BEST
I love this app and what RA’s been able to do. Whenever I’m unable to get tickets for a show I can almost always find them here, and when my friends bail it’s so easy to instantly resell a ticket. Really takes the pressure and pain out of concert and party tickets. Not to mention their fees are always way less than other platforms. I also love their UI, super simple and clean. Can’t live without RA
Great app. First app I have to download whenever I get a new phone. Helps find amazing events and very well curated. Only downside is I kept getting logged out of my account every few weeks :(

Can’t change locations on iOS 13
Can’t change locations after ios13 update. Shows the scroll down menu if countries but can’t select one.

Very poor customer service
I have been a loyal customer of resident advisor for a couple of years, buying in total over 40 tickets on the platform. Never have I asked for a refund and for assistance until last week, when I was refused entry into a club because they sold at overcapacity. All resident advisor was able to tell me was that they could not help me and that they could not give a refund. This speaks to how much they “care” for loyal customers. Disappointed to say the least. Awful app and service
Awful company, paid for tickets for an event and even paid for tickets to be sent special delivery, tickets didn’t even turn up till after the event and where posted out normal post.
When I asked for a refund they basically said no so I went through my credit card company got my money back. The cheek of the company contested it and the credit card company with held my complaint as I sent in all the proof and emails. Absolutely disgusting service and now my account has been blocked from buying tickets.Show lessmčkuy
Add to Apple wallet too obscure
I’m sure the app is fine. I just loaded it because I wanted to add the tickets I had already bought to my Apple wallet.
The process to do that was a bit of a pain. I would much prefer an option in the confirmation email as provided by Eventbrite, Universe and others.

Terrible payments integration
This app and website were written with a “my first website” kit or something. The payment integration is ATROCIOUS. Have been trying to purchase tickets to no avail for the last hour. Gonna uninstall and just buy at the door because I’d rather pay extra than pay whoever made this service byePoor UX

Resident advisor is the best app to go out and find the best gigs.
