Bad!
The cleaner was rude, and not that clean, I had to check after her and show her that there is still dust. She, also, was asking my house maid to help her cleaning, and she was working slowly so the visit time finishes. She was also asking me about my personal life which is none of her business. I do not think I will book another cleaning visit form this app.

Average services, not all of their workers are trained unlike other companies. One plus side is that they have quick appointments. Other companies need to be booked weeks in advance.

وصلني البرنامج من تجربة صديقة وطلبت منهم أول مرة مع كود خصم ولكن لم يتم تطبيقه وأخذوا كامل المبلغ، والمرة الثانية حجزت لي أحد المندوبات باتصال على الهاتف مع كود خصم وكان عندي ظرف وأرد تأجيل الزيارة ولكن لم يتم التأجيل لأنه بقي على الموعد أقل من ٢٤ساعة.. وأخذوا مني كامل المبلغ مرة ثانية!
من أسوأ الخدمات التي مرت علي، الفكرة جيدة ولكن التطبيق والشروط سيئة وغير مرنة مثل البرامج الأخرى.. والخدمات التي تعمل بالساعة أقل سعر وأكثر تجاوب
أحاول الغاء بطاقة ائتماني وحسابي عندهم..

Easy to use and helpful customer service
I was pleased by the fast response of the customer service people. It was easy to register and schedule an appointment. Finally the cleaning lady that arrived was very polite, punctual and hard working.
