Good evening sir, we apologize for the unpleasant latter experiences you have had with us and we assure you we aim to always maintain and improve the standard you had already experienced. To add, we would like to clarify that the arrival window of the service provider is one hour before, and one after the booking time, just as a precaution. As for leaving early and slow response from our customer care, we apologize and surely if you provide us with your mobile number used in the app, we will compensate you appropriately.

The cleaning part is really bad too.
I would never recommend it to be honest to anyone.
يحسبون الوقت من الدقيقة الي بيدخلو فيها البيت. التعامل معهم يعطيك شعور انك تأخذ الخدمة مجانا. لا انصح بهذا التطبيق. دفعت ل٤ ساعات تنظيف و لكن الي صار ٣ ساعات و نص فقط و جا السواق لياخذ الخادمة. جدا غير مقبول

Hello sir, we apologize for any misunderstanding about our packages. Can you please provide us with the number saved on the app for a customer service call?
Not recommended
Get this: when you book an appointment, make to agree that there is an hour of window between the appointment! This means expect to receive a call one hour earlier or after your ACTUAL appointment.
So the driver called me 40 minutes of the appointment and he told me I’m outside, I was surprised and left work in a hurry. When I reach to hope I found out that he left without letting me know. Not answering his phone and to make the matter worse: they charge my credit card.
In conclusion,
To be fair they might be good, but the disrespectful and not refunding the amount, plus the hour of window thing made me to just delete the app and look for someone else who provide a better experience.
