Bad service
My two bedroom apartment usually takes less than four hours to clean ( deep cleaning) but with Matic team, it does not!!!!!
She asked me to leave the kitchen floor without cleaning!! And she left a toilet and the kitchen sink!! Also, the cleaning equipment was left on the table- she didn't but them back!
Worse service I ever had and the customer service didn't reply!!

Smart thieves!!
They canceled my service because I didn’t have a woman present at the time. And they took the whole amount!!!!!! What a ripoff. And when I asked, the said that it’s the rules.

Not for everyone
“Matic abides by the local laws of the country that you live in. For example, If you live in a country that requires servicing only families with the presence of an adult female individual (Age 18 and older) during the cleaning session, you will need to make the arrangements from your side. Otherwise, the cancellation policy will apply.”
It says “IF you live in a country that requires servicing only families” not specifying Saudi Arabia and very vague.

2. Leave 30 minutes early
3. Poor cleaning ever and unfinished job
4. Left all dirty tools and water (not neat nor professional)
5. Customer service NO REPLY (phone and chat)
6. First time and Last dealing with them (waste of time/effort/money)
