Worst experience
Waiting for the maids who were late for more than hour and a half, then called the company since they did not show up. I was told that the visit is cancelled even though that I provided the whole address the night before and provided it to the driver who called early in the morning. No one called me to tell about the cancelation. When complained, I was told the management will get back to me in 48 hrs, I don't need the service in 48 hrs.
انتظرت العاملات الي تأخروا اكثر من ساعه ونص ولما اتصلت استفسر عن التاخير قالوا تكنسلت الزياره مع اني موفره عنوان كامل الليله الي قبلها والسواق متصل الصباح يقول جايين وحطيت له العنوان. محد كلمني ابدا بخصوص الالغاء وجالسه انتظر ومعطله نفسي من غير فايده ولما اتصلت اشتكي قالوا ترد لك الاداره خلال ٤٨ ساعه، انا مو محتاجه الخدمه اصلا بعد هالوقت ، مافي اي احترام للعميل والتجربه كلها بالنسبه لي اسوأ من سيئه.

Terrible customer service
Their. Customer service experience is terrible. They try with livechat other tools to be helpful, but a bad service is a bad service.
They keep changing maids and one ends up explaining everything every time you request a maid.
As for payment, they take 1 riyal to confirm they charge you hourly and most of the time the service doesn’t meet expectations.
I used it for some time then decided to delete the app and spare myself the headache.
The app needs UI UX expert to adjust and fix.

Great services to have! The house keepers are Commitment. They provide high quality of cleaning, organizing, communication, respecting the time and all over services. One thing to add that I hope MATIC could have, providing the cleaning tool and equipment with them. Also, as being a member with you, I hope that you give discount and free sessions to your members.
