Usable, barely
At the current state of the app, it gives brief information albeit many glitches and problems. I hope they will see this and prioritize fixing the glitches on the app
Not user friendly as it could be
I gave the app two stars because it’s not very user friendly. It works like several apps strung together without a smooth transition. It’s frustrating.
You get what you pay for
The rates are cheap because their customer service is trash. Their phone number wasn’t working so I recorded it not working and sent it to their customer service email so I can get assistance with my issue in a time manner….it’s a month later and I still never got an email or call from them. Can’t upload documents. The app is pointless. Can’t even print ID cards from the app. I have to take a screenshot

No me puedo registrar
Por más que lo intento no hay manera de que pase de poner la fecha de nacimiento. Se bloquea la aplicación en ese punto siempre y desde hace mucho tiempo atrás y aún no lo han arreglado
Not too happy
This app doesn’t let me create a profile it doesn’t let me move past my date of birth when creating an account so theres no way for me to see my bill!
Random payment raised
I've had this insurance for about 4 months, and my payment started at 340 and has increased to 390 almost for no reason. Looking for new insurance currently
The app seems to work ok just needs more policy information
I gave 3 stars because the app works ok for the information it has but it needs more policy information like the total amount the policy cost and number of payments remaining
Cannot set up account
App gets stuck when selecting your date of birth. Have tried reloading app.
Not able to even sign up.
The app simply will not allow me to add my birthdate to finish the sign up process. Tried multiple times… it’s 2022 guys.. a working app is pretty much essential. If you need an app developer hit me up. I’ll fix this for a good price ;)
