Can’t wait to switch companies prices are always going up and it’s taking money out of my account way before the auto pay due date

I don’t have late payments and doesn’t allow me to pay, neither over the phone it’s so frustrating
I’d give 5 stars if u could pay my insurance🤷🏼♀️
I’ve liked this app, makes paying my insurance super easy, but this last time, after I paid the app didn’t give me a “next payment” date. I haven’t missed any pmnts or lapsed, so I’m a lol worried..... it’s Saturday so I’ll have to wait till Monday to find out why when I hit “pay now” the app says “we’re sorry we aren't able to take your payment right now”
