Good Luck Updating Important Info
I’ve had my Six Flags passes for a while now and I’ve used the app basically that whole time and I think there are a few issues with it that really hurt the experience. The main one I’m writing for is that it’s a major hassle trying to update billing info for your passes through the app. It is not at all accessible, and I had to go way into my purchase history to get the order number for my purchase so I could even update it. The only way to do it was just by going to the website anyway, and when I tried to log in initially it said that my email address could not be found even though I triple checked it and the order number was associated with it. I eventually got it handled, but getting there was a total mess.

BAD SERVICE
Here’s the deal. I am a PREMIUM six flags member and payed a lot of money for my pass. The service I have received over the past 13 years of being a member isn’t relevant. Starting off strong with multiple of the thrill rides always being closed for most of the day. Next is customer service. Even though most of the population attending this park is teenagers who DONT HAVE CREDIT CARDS, the park doesn’t take cash and the kids are unable to pay easily. Although there are Cash-to-Card machines i’ve run into many problems with them such as left over money that cannot be used and broken dispensers. Another thing is the drop off point. The location to pick up and drop of passengers is a very far distance. I’m hot enough and don’t want to walk another mile. Lastly the food and water situation. I think it’s a very smart idea to give out free water except the cups are very small and can hold limited water which in inhuman for the price of the tickets. I’ve had many bad incounters with buying food and bad service from the workers. I’m very disappointed most of the time I visit.

I find this app good in terms of content. However, it’s super glitchy and I can’t add my season pass to my wallet.

Français et anglais, mais quand on commence à aller à des endroits, ça devient toute en anglais aucune explication en français
Inaccurate
Please multiply by 3 or 4 the time show in this app. Don’t loose time with that app, you’ll loose it in line anyway. By the way, don’t go aiz Flag, that’s just waiting, they aren’t organized. Keep your money for Disney, that’s worth it more!
Worst profile management ever
It’s so easy when you have a pass to just manage the benefits with an app… Disney can do it with Genie+, Universal too why is it a mess spending 1hour of your paid time at the flash pass desk….Cheap flags as always
