SO Many Issues Just Trying To Sign In
I click on the little eyeball icon to make sure I’ve entered it correctly. I look at the email address I’ve entered. Why, YES, it IS correct— at least it was last time I reset it (last time I opened the app, …. Because…..it always, Always, ALWAYS…. “Is not correct” and had to be reset.
If you try your password (that you KNOW is correct because you wrote it in your little password book along with the date you had to reset it) …. If you try three time, BOOM! Locked out! Gotta wait (sit in the corner) for a while. Or reset it, which you have to do EVERY STINKING TIME you attempt to open it.
And you cannot use any previous password, any letters, numbers or symbols you’ve ever used, and any previous language. I’m exaggerating that part but not by much.
Exasperating is the “cleanest” word I can use for review purposes.
I generally give up.
It is the same whether on the app or the website.
And NO, their software IS the issue. I know what password I used — I am VERY meticulous at writing it down, along with the date I had to change it. This one has a whole page in my password book of passwords/dates crossed out because they were reset.
Ridiculous!
Crappy software? Crappy platform?
