Rewards Points Not Received & Issues with Redemption Policy.
This is misleading. I was told that new accounts would receive 500 reward points, but I never received them.
The Flushing location has been open for over a year, yet the app still does not support ordering or pickup at that store.
On top of that, the rewards system is overly restrictive. You have to accumulate 1,000 points before you can redeem anything. Meanwhile, points expire over time—so just when you’re finally close to reaching the required amount, earlier points start expiring and getting deducted little by little. It’s really frustrating to watch your points disappear like that.
Honestly, it feels like this rewards system is only suitable for customers who don’t visit the physical store and only shop online, or for those who live very close to the store and shop there regularly.

Hot Deli/Prepared Foods Page Gone
Sadly the Hot Deli/Prepared Foods page is gone from their website, I’ve checked from Irvine to Rowland Heights —-all menu items are removed. Hope this is not a sign of permanent removal — this was the best part of their site. PLEASE BRING IT BACK.
App expires too soon
我安装好了app。去买菜的时候expired。回家更新好了。后来又去买菜。又expired了。哪有功夫每个星期盯着买菜的app。
False Advertisement
The store sticker and this app said that you would get 500 points for just signing up. I checked my point balance after I signed up, and was never given the 500 points. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!😡
Weekly sale post
I can see the weekly sales post at all ranch 99 entrances but I don’t know why I can’t see this post in the app. This will help me to know what I need to buy ahead time. Thanks
