    The recent chat update fixed one problem and created another. On one hand I like that I can mark chats as dealt with. But now all of my current clients that I regularly communicate with have been automatically archived. I moved them back to active but it seems I can no longer continue the chat or crate a new chat as before. And it is not intuitive enough for me to figure out how to get around this change.

  • Text messages will not work

    The app was working just fine for a while. It’s been like 3 months that text messages will not send/receive. Please fix this.
  • It works great!

    I really enjoy the 3CX mobile app, I have been a user of the app since 2020. It still needs some small improvements, but overall it is a very solid platform. I run 99% of my business with the 3CX mobile app.
  • Call drop constantly

    I have to use this app for work and the calls are constantly dropping. It’s so unprofessional on my part for my customers. There is no update, turning my phone on and off again and deleting/reinstalling the app that helps. I’ve gone through all of my settings and nothing helps stop this. Please fix this bug. My calls drop and go into recovering mode but will never reconnect. Other times my phone will stay in connecting mode making me unable to make calls or receive any incoming calls. This is unacceptable.

  • Unreliable at best

    Calls show up as a missed call and will not ring to the app. Worked for a long time, then had to reinstall repeatedly to get calls, now nothing.
  • Hold option not working

    I never used to have issues with this app but for the last few months it will not keep people on hold for more than 1 second.
  • No prompt for permission

    The app didn’t prompt for permissions until I was already in a call. It should’ve prompted for all the permissions necessary prior to making that call
  • 3CX app will not ring for incoming calls

    3CX app will not ring for incoming calls from our extensions or outside calls. This started happening with v18 update 5. Mostly affects Apple IPhone users. Really hasn’t worked well with any Samsung devices. Used to work great… someone has some work to do.
  • Terrible with IOS16

    My company has been using this app since the start of the pandemic for everyone to work from home. I really enjoyed working from home and this app a lot at first because I could have my AirPods in to answer calls leaving me hands free to type. However since I updated to IOS 16 there are definite issues. I thought it was my original AirPods or my iPhone 12 at first, but I’ve upgraded both my iPhone and AirPods and I’m still having issues. Customers are constantly telling me that they can’t hear me, my connection is breaking up, or that I sound muffled. Additionally if I use without AirPods, my phone does not go dark like it does with regular iPhone calls.

    However if I call someone outside of the app it’s crystal clear. Not sure what’s happening, but someone better fix it because I really don’t want to go back into my office.

  • Avoid if at all possible

    The app is a pain in general to use for communicating, but, worse, some of the features (e.g. automatically call missed calls) seem to be written by scammers for scammers to confirm live numbers. Brilliant.
