Getting better but still not user focused
One glaring issue is that the icon on my phone home screen does not show the little red dot when there are new sms/chat messages. It does do this for missed calls. I don't care about missed calls is the issue. But we definitely need to see unread messages.Catrinisin
Voicemail buried
The app would be significantly better if getting to voicemail was more direct. The ability to customize which items were fast access icons along the bottom would fix that for me, as I have no need for the chat feature and would prefer VM access there instead. Also, the ability to scrub forward and back in voicemail within the app would be a huge improvement.Show lessFedUpAlready
No option for actual silence
Ringtone “silence” still vibrates when My mobile phone is set to silent. Add an option for “none” (screen notifications only) and I’d consider improving my rating. Very annoying to be sitting at my desk and the phone vibrates every time my desktop set rings.adultfunspot

Poor Design
Hiding Voice Mail in SETTINGS seems like a really poor design choice. I can't think of any app that I've ever used that put a major function in such a non-intuitive place. I actually can't think of an app that puts any functions in Settings. Also agree with previous reviewer about the inability to stop a voicemail while playing, or to "scrub" forward or backward.Show lessAngusPodgorny
HATE the dang update
I MISS being able to answer the phone from the app without having to make my phone ring simultaneously. PLEASE Fox this for the IOS users! Or at least make it more clear as to how to fix what we have.kissmeimellyo
I can’t receive calls
It says I Need to update the app but I just downloaded in my iPad and there’s no new version....Angies182

I used to able to start a call in 3CX using SIRI. However after the last update I can no longer do that. I use it for work and being able use that feature save me a lot of time and was safer while driving.Ronin Jim
Not impressed
When you listen to a voicemail and halfway though it you decide you don’t need to hear it, we’ll you’re going to anyway. It doesn’t stop...ever. You can delete it, refresh the tab, close the app...nothing can stop it. So let’s say you get a 2 minute voicemail and 15 seconds in you know it’s junk or unnecessary, you will be forced to listen to the remaining 1:45 of the message. That’s one of several flaws with this app...I’ve wasted enough of my time on this, download it and experience all the fun for yourself.Show less9$$;!;74$2
Please update
This app had worked great for me. I work in a school and have to be able to answer the phone wherever I am in the building. It won’t connect anymore since updating to iOS 14, so the app is useless until this gets fixed. I look forward to an update thank you 3CX!!Y Land
