The Burgerfi app is AWESOME!!
It saves time from waiting in line and ordering in the store
So, I can just pick up/delivery if I want food
Or I just can look what I want to eat and order its faster than lighting!!

UI is awful
I love BurgerFi. However, the app needs some work. Trying to find how much is left on the gift card I linked is impossible. I either have to keep the numbers written down somewhere, or just hope there is enough when I order. Additionally, when ordering, there is no clear order of the burgers. It is not listed by price, or by most popular, not by alphabetical order, and I can’t select favorites to automatically show at the top.Show lessvpiedra1
Cannot turn off marketing notifications
BurgerFi does not give you the choice to turn off marketing push notifications, even though you want to receive order-related notifications only. So I’m forced to turn off all notifications from them. They also opt you into SMS notifications by default when you sign-up for an account. Otherwise, the app works.Show lessIsaac J. C.
Usually a good app
This ButgerFi app is a great tool to have to save time when you don’t/can’t go into the restaurant to scream your order over the blaring music or loud televisions playing, sometimes simultaneously. However, there are unexplained glitches that occur every now and then. No one in the store can explain it or help. However, reporting bugs in-app does absolutely nothing. The customization of orders are helpful and the selection on the app is different from what you are permitted to order in store. Possibly based on your Fi status. If they could resolve the app issues, like when the app won’t even load, it would be very helpful.Show lessWhizKid9

Fix it!
App and website online ordering experience for me so far: absolute zero. Fix your tech or remove it from service. Neither the app nor the website work properly. Stop making it look like you have a streamlined online ordering process while your tech is broken. Not acceptable and as a customer, it’s a huge turn off.Show lessjagracey
