Great app but won’t let me use my Apple Card
Every time I try to use my Apple Card to check out, it tells me something is wrong with my credit card. Please fix. Other than that awesome app.AltonAshford

Nice app if it ever works
The app used to work but for the last few months it has been painfully slow, it takes 10 minutes to load and still doesn’t work properly. Nobody has that kind of time, apps are supposed to make ordering quick, easy and convenient. This is obviously a known problem but it hasn’t been fixed and so I’ve made no purchases in the last few months. Such a shame!Show lessMisschin28
Rewards points not tallied
I have made several purchases in-store b/c my preferred credit card (AMEX) always shows in the app as a credit card that is not supported by the store I frequent. Knowing that I don’t make a ton of purchases, I never really check my rewards balance, but today, I checked the balance, and it says my only visit was in December 2023. That’s completely false, but I have received NO credit for any of my other visits even though I scan my app in-store every single time. So all those other visits were a waste. Very disappointed with the faulty app that is not giving me credit/rewards.Show lessNorewards@

Has never worked
I’ve tried to download and use this app 3 different times to order food. It always just loads blank or crashes. So I order from a third party app for pick up instead. I wonder how much this is costing you.Sick Puppies Comedy
