It shouldn’t be hard to develop a better app
Why does my favorite location not show up under favorites? I have to search for it every time and then it appears with the red star beside it, as if it’s already a “favorite.” The Chick-fil-A app saves favorite locations perfectly fine, so why can’t the Wawa app? Why don’t pre-loaded rewards automatically apply when I scan my rewards card? Chick-fil-A does this perfectly fine, so why can’t Wawa? Why do I have to scan my reward barcode and then select my rewards card barcode as a separate step in order to earn the points for the transaction? It’s awkward and completely unnecessary if the app was designed properly. Chick-fil-A does this perfectly fine, so why can’t Wawa? Why do reward points expire? Why is there no way to know how many points are about to expire and when? Chick-fil-A points don’t expire, so why does Wawa take away points? Also, Wawa has been pushing their pizza HARD yet there appears to be no way to order it through their app. Seriously, how can a company create such a terrible, nearly useless app?
