BurgerFi Restaurant is GREAT, but the App is terrible
The restaurants are delicious and currently better deal then McD’s and other fast food; however the app is absolutely terrible! 90% it fails to load and runs extremely slow when it does, this needs to be fixed; they also don’t let you build the burgers out very well.DarthDerp
Won’t let me use loyalty balance for a payment method
Why load money in the app if you can’t use it to order ahead??!!
And then the scanner at the Peachtree Corners branch doesn’t work most of the time.

Crappy app
This isn’t one star because the BURGERFI food is amazing. This app is a mess. You can’t use Apple Pay on it and delivery NEVER works. It’s always “delivery services are unavailable” every time you try to order. Whoever is in charge at BURGERFI for this application needs to fix this appumCallMeChris
Terrible app
No support for Apple Pay. You have to enter a bunch of information including your name and phone number to place an order. The app allows you to enter an American Express card number, but then rejects the payment because the location doesn’t accept the card. Just terrible.Dux
